All cancellations or changes to your reservation must be received 24 hours from your check in time. This includes reducing the number of days/evenings reserved.
In the event a cancellation is not received, we reserve the right to charge for the entire reservation originally made.
If you are unable to stay through the end of your original reserved departure date, we must be notified as soon as possible. In some cases we will not charge for the canceled days/evenings, however we still reserve the right to charge for the entire reservation.
The following times require a 14 day cancellation notice and are subject to the same guidelines outlined above:

Graduation Week - Bowdoin College
Parents Weekend - Bowdoin College
